Blastquip Moisture separators help to make your blast system more productive by removing some of the moisture from your compressed air supply before it reaches your blast pot. All compressed air supplies have moisture present and moisture is the worst enemy in an abrasive blasting system. Moisture causes unnecessary breakdowns, slows production and costs you money in down time. It is very important to remove the moisture before it hits your blast unit and interupts the abrasive flow.
Our moisture separators are fitted with a manual drain which allows the water to be emptied from the separator body as required. They are also fitted with a replicable filter element.
